1. Introduction

Welcome to LeadUp Travel's Digital Marketing Solutions! By subscribing to our monthly service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read the terms carefully before proceeding with the subscription. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Subscription Details

2.1. Monthly Subscription:   - LeadUp Travel's Digital Marketing Solutions subscription includes Reputation Management, Email Marketing, and Social Media Posting services.

2.2. Setup Fee:   - A one-time setup fee of $199 applies to all subscribers. This fee covers the connection of social media accounts, Google Business account, and the creation and connection of an email newsletter.

2.3. Payment:   - The $199 monthly subscription fee will be automatically charged to the provided payment method on the same day every month.

2.4. Service Modification:   - LeadUp Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Digital Marketing Solutions service, including features and subscription plans, at any time.

3. Account Setup

3.1. Social Media and Google Business Accounts:   - Subscribers are required to provide the necessary credentials for the setup of social media accounts and Google Business accounts. LeadUp Travel will handle the setup process securely.

3.2. Email Newsletter:   - Subscribers must provide relevant information for the creation of an email newsletter. LeadUp Travel will create and connect the newsletter as part of the setup process.

4. Service Usage

4.1. Prohibited Activities:   - Subscribers must not engage in any activities that may harm or interfere with the proper functioning of the Digital Marketing Solutions service.

4.2. Content Responsibility:   - Subscribers are responsible for the content shared on social media and through email marketing. LeadUp Travel is not liable for any unauthorized content.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellation:   - Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

5.2. Refunds:   - The setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing date.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Data Security:   - LeadUp Travel will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of subscriber data.

7. Governing Law

7.1. Jurisdiction:   - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Publisher’s Liability

 - LeadUp Travel intends to use its best efforts to ensure that all content is carried out in accordance with this agreement; however, it is possible for errors, omissions, or other mishaps to occur.  LeadUp.Travel is under no liability in such a case.  LeadUp Travel shall not be liable to the subscriber for delays in content creation and posting, or damages resulting from any post.  LeadUp Travel shall not be required to correct any error or omission nor to give any notice to users of any error omission in any postings or email nor to give any notice to users of any error or omission.  It is the subscriber’s responsibility to proofread all content for any errors, mistakes, or misprints.  Subscribers will be sent a proof prior to posting or sending.  If Subscriber does not reply or return approval, Subscriber waives any rights against LeadUp.Travel for posting or sending content and agrees to be bound for full payment of services.

By subscribing to LeadUp Travel's Digital Marketing Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. LeadUp Travel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and subscribers will be notified of any changes.
